Rännilsvägen's daily operations target adults with varying disabilities under LSS. We have 20 spots and serve the entire country of Sweden. The facilities are located on the ground floor of a residential association in Östertälje. We offer our participants individualized work. Currently, we work with recycling, crafts, handicrafts, painting, and baking.

As a support assistant, you will work to provide individually tailored support to individuals with disabilities, with the goal of promoting their independence and well-being in everyday life. You will assist users in their daily routines and activities, based on their needs and abilities, always using their personal implementation plan as a starting point.

We work with a salutogenic and pedagogical approach, focusing on each individual's unique strengths and resources. The goal is for users to achieve as much independence as possible and to live a meaningful life with a high quality of life. As a support assistant, you will work based on clear pedagogical methods and low-arousal responses to create safety and predictability in the users' daily lives. At the same time, we have a strong focus on working professionally and efficiently within the resources and budget of the operation.

• Very good ability in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Good computer skills, experience with documentation.

• Experience in healthcare and social services.

• High school education such as child and leisure program, healthcare and social services program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogy, social pedagogy, or university education in a relevant field.

• Driver's license B.

• Experience in psychiatry, AAC, and low-arousal responses.

• Experience working with complex support needs.
