About the Role

As a Solution Architect at Nordlo, you play a central role in helping our clients develop and future-proof their IT environments. You act as an advisor on both technical and security-related issues and are responsible for translating business needs into sustainable, effective, and scalable solutions.

You work closely with clients, project managers, technical specialists, and business managers, and have overall responsibility for solution design, service development, and technical direction. The role involves both strategic and operational work, where you contribute throughout the entire lifecycle – from needs analysis to implementation and further development.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and develop solution proposals and implementation plans based on client needs
• Develop and manage services according to best practices, primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Be the service owner for selected services, including documentation, development, and improvement suggestions
• Ensure technical quality, performance, and security in delivered solutions
• Participate in technical dialogues, security forums, and training sessions internally and with clients
• Contribute to pricing, roadmap work, and strategic decisions
• Provide technical support to both clients and internal teams

We believe you:

• Have experience in IT architecture, IT security, or a technical consulting role
• Have worked with hybrid environments and modern IT platforms
• Have a good understanding of infrastructure, cloud services, and outsourcing
• Are analytical, solution-oriented, and accustomed to working in a structured manner
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Thrive in an advisory role with both technical and business responsibilities

It is an advantage if you have previously worked as a solution architect or in a similar role and have experience with Microsoft platforms and best practices.
