Your Responsibilities

For the summer of 2026, we are looking for someone to replace regular staff during the main holiday period of June, July, and August.

As a fee administrator, your main tasks will consist of calculating and making decisions about fees based on applicable regulations in accordance with the Social Services Act. The work involves processing and administering fee cases for the home care administration's clients.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in fee cases within elderly care or other equivalent administrative tasks. You have at least three years of post-secondary education, preferably with a focus on administration or economics, or other education that we assess as equivalent for the position.

The position requires a high level of digital competence and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with and manage various technical and digital operational systems, as the work takes place in several parallel systems. Collaboration within the team and a good approach, as well as close cooperation with other units within the home care administration, are central parts of the assignment.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Works independently, in a structured manner, and has a good ability to prioritize and organize your work effectively.
  • Has a well-developed ability to collaborate.
  • Is accustomed to planning both short and long term and ensures that your tasks are completed within set timeframes.
  • Is meticulous and follows applicable regulations and guidelines.

To succeed in the role, it is important that you are calm, accommodating, and have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others, as well as actively contribute to finding solutions.
