Falck Health and Work Life continues to grow, and we are now looking for more colleagues to join our experienced team within personnel support, crisis support, and psychological treatments in Gothenburg. Within Falck Health and Work Life, we work with psychological treatment and support conversations as well as crisis support.
Our clients are public organizations, private companies, and insurance companies, and our services help them become more efficient and healthier.
In this role, you will be part of Falck's crisis team, and the focus of your work will be on providing crisis support to both organizations and individuals. In crisis support, you will provide crisis support to managers and employees, and take on a consultative and guiding role towards other providers.
In addition to your work in the crisis team, the role offers a variety of tasks where you will also work with brief conversations and treatment contacts.

Your role:
- Staff Falck's crisis team, provide crisis support, and guide and mentor other providers in a consultative role
- Conduct training related to crisis and crisis management for clients
- Ensure psychological or psychosocial guidance via phone, personal meetings, and video meetings for clients
- Ensure assessment, diagnosis, and the appropriate level of interventions based on the issues and the service framework
- Conduct risk assessments and risk management for clients
We are looking for you who:
- Are a licensed psychologist and/or licensed psychotherapist with at least 5 years of experience
- Have experience and interest in crisis support for individuals and/or organizations
- Have experience and interest in working with psychological treatment for adults
- Are accustomed to support conversations, both physical and digital delivery
As a person, you are confident in your professional role, communicative, and a pronounced team player who enjoys working both independently and together with other competencies. You are driven and have the ability to translate your knowledge into effective interventions for our clients.

Location: Gothenburg. The office is located at Heden in Central Gothenburg.
Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. Full-time position (100%). Start date according to agreement.
Working hours: Regular working hours are weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm. The position also includes crisis preparedness at home according to a rotating schedule (currently one weekend day per month and one weekday evening every other week).
