We are looking for an anesthetist nurse for our highly specialized orthopedic clinic, Capio Ortho Center Gothenburg. The position is a permanent daytime employment with every other Friday off, focused on orthopedics, day surgery, and teamwork.

About us Capio Ortho Center Gothenburg is one of the city's largest orthopedic clinics and is part of the Capio Orthopedics business area, a network of 13 orthopedic clinics in Sweden. Our elective operations include operating rooms, inpatient care, and outpatient clinics, with three modern operating theaters and a sterile unit. Every year, we perform approximately 2,500 orthopedic surgeries and work in a team-based, dynamic, and development-oriented environment where patient needs and medical quality are at the center. Patients come through care guarantees or insurance companies, and we prioritize continuity, medical quality, and short lead times. Our experienced team values knowledge sharing and supports each other in daily work. The clinic is centrally located in Gothenburg.

About the role In this position, you will work independently and in a team with preoperative and perioperative tasks within anesthesia for orthopedic surgeries, day surgery, and elective care. You contribute to safe and efficient patient flows, quality assurance, and the development of routines. We collaborate closely, strive for continuous development and learning from each other, and offer individually tailored introductions with a mentor and schedule.

Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with specialized training in anesthesia care. You have at least a few years of experience in anesthesia work, and it is an advantage if you have experience in orthopedics, day surgery, and elective surgery. You are responsible, flexible, solution-oriented, and have a strong commitment to creating value for patients. You have good collaboration skills, drive, structure, and personal maturity.
