Are you a driven and structured person with a keen ear for the needs and well-being of our residents? Then you are the person we are looking for! Our vision is to become Sweden's best elderly care service, a journey we have already begun. Our focus rests on three main pillars: The Core, Coordinating Assistant Nurses, and Good Leadership. Strandgården is a specialized residential facility beautifully located right by the sea, with lovely walking paths and an accessible swimming spot for everyone. Strandgården consists of three units: one for cognitive impairment and two somatic units. Thirty-five residents live at Strandgården, all of whom are given the opportunity to live a good life. Our staff works around the clock to ensure this through a salutogenic approach. Strandgården operates as an intrapreneurship, which means, among other things, that we handle our own scheduling, have greater involvement in decisions affecting operations through representative meetings, and enjoy completely newly renovated and fresh premises. We work in teams and have coordinating assistant nurses on each unit.

Your Responsibilities

At Strandgården, the resident is always in focus – every day, in every interaction. Your work in care and assistance is not just about providing support, but about creating security, participation, and quality of life. Through active quality work, documentation, and continuous follow-up, you contribute to high quality and make a real difference.

As a contact person, you and the resident are the core of the operation. Together with the resident, you develop an implementation plan that reflects their needs and wishes.

We are proud of our operations and actively work to be ambassadors for elderly care. At Strandgården, joy, professionalism, and care are at the center – where we actively strive for the best possible interaction. We are also always curious to try new things and often participate in research projects or other test pilots of digital tools, for example.

About You

You are a trained assistant nurse with a genuine interest in people and their well-being. You thrive in interactions with others, enjoy working in teams, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment where we help each other and learn from one another.

With your commitment, care, and lack of pretension, you create security and quality in the care provided. You take responsibility for your work, are flexible, and see opportunities in everyday life – always with the best interests of the residents in focus.

You work in a goal-oriented and structured manner, while your humanistic view of people permeates everything you do. For you, it is natural to meet every individual with respect, warmth, and professionalism.

We also expect you to have good physical fitness and feel confident using digital tools in your work. Since operations run around the clock, the position involves day, evening, and every other weekend shifts.
