Job Description

The position involves standard duties for a District Nurse within primary care, such as reception work, vaccinations, and telephone advice.

At our elderly care clinic, you take care of our patients over 75 years old who want help with a simpler healthcare experience. We adapt the care to the patient's needs, which means that the tasks may vary. We offer, among other things, home visits, telephone advice, and health conversations. Support for relatives is an important part of the assignment.

About You

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with specialist training as a District Nurse. We would appreciate it if you have experience from primary care and/or work with the elderly, but we also welcome newly graduated District Nurses to apply for the position. If you have previously had your own clinic in elderly care, it is an advantage.

We believe that you are an engaged person who has a desire to develop yourself and our operations. You feel secure and thrive in your professional role and contribute to a good work climate. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working both independently and in a team.

Scope: Full-time or as agreed

Employment Type: Permanent position, we apply a 6-month probation period
