Your job is important – for real

In Tanum municipality, we offer rehabilitation to individuals enrolled in municipal health and medical care in regular housing, special housing, short-term units, and within LSS.

As an occupational therapist, you will have a varied and meaningful role where you work closely with other professionals. You will be part of our team consisting of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation assistants.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• actively working with habilitation and rehabilitation.
• conducting assessments, treatments, care planning, and follow-ups.
• supervising staff and collaborating across professions.
• being responsible for the testing and prescription of aids.
• creating conditions for individuals to live as independently and meaningfully as possible, focusing on the healthy and a person-centered approach.
• documenting in Treserva and planning in TES.

Qualifications

For the position, you must be a licensed occupational therapist and have a B driver's license.

You;

• are flexible, communicative, and have good collaboration skills.
• thrive in a team but are also comfortable working independently.
• have a holistic view of the patient and a reflective, innovative approach.
• plan, organize, and prioritize your work in a structured manner.
• can handle sudden changes and make necessary reprioritizations.
• feel comfortable with IT-based record systems and express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Previous experience in municipal health and medical care and/or work in the disability sector is an advantage. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
