Your job is important

In Tanum municipality, we provide rehabilitation for individuals enrolled in municipal health and medical care in ordinary housing and special housing, short-term units, and within LSS.

The work is varied and requires good collaboration with other professional groups both internally and externally. With us, you will be part of a team consisting of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation assistants. The tasks include actively working with habilitation and rehabilitation, supervising staff, being responsible for assessment, treatment, training, care planning, follow-up, and assistive device testing. You create conditions for individuals to live as independently, participatively, and meaningfully as possible based on an individual-centered approach with a focus on the healthy. You also test and prescribe assistive devices and create a meaningful and functional everyday life for the individual through rehabilitative interventions.

This is you

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist. We value qualities such as flexibility and good social skills. We care about our community and place great value on good communication. You have the ability to work in a team while also being able to work independently. You have a holistic view of the patient with innovative and reflective approaches. You are responsible for planning your work in an organizational and structured manner but can also make reprioritizations when more urgent interventions are required. You are comfortable with IT-based journal systems and can express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.

Previous experience in municipal health and medical care and/or in functional support/habilitation is meritorious. A driver's license is required as you often work at the homes of care recipients.

Good working conditions in a pleasant work environment with close collegial cooperation. As an employee, you will receive a wellness allowance of 2500 SEK per year.
