In the development unit, we gather project managers who appreciate the whole, collaboration, and responsibility. We actively work with feedback and continuing education, so that even you as a senior feel that you are developing and gaining new perspectives.

Your Mission

As a project manager, you will be the lead project manager for several urban development projects and be responsible for the overall: goals, budget, timeline, and progress.

You will prepare materials for political decisions, drive investigations and economic analyses, and build implementation plans that hold even when conditions change.

A central part is also negotiation and agreements with developers, landowners, and other rights holders, where your experience and judgment will be crucial.

You will procure consulting firms, compile status reports (including budget and timeline), and coordinate communication within the projects, with close dialogue with the project manager.

Organizational Affiliation

The development unit is under Urban Development and consists of about 30 employees, four project management areas, and the project manager will be your closest supervisor.
