We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our Supply Chain team within production in Järfälla. You will play an important role in the collaboration between Project, Production, and Procurement, with a primary focus on ensuring the right material availability to meet increased production volumes.

In addition to operational responsibilities, you will have a central role in analyzing and further developing material planning to reduce lead times, lower costs, and increase efficiency. The role involves close collaboration with several internal functions and the opportunity to influence both working methods and processes.

As a Material Planner, you will work with the following:

• Participate in upcoming purchasing needs in new development projects • Optimize and continuously adjust material management parameters for high service levels at the lowest possible cost • Ensure that the right material is available at the right place at the right time • Identify obsolete and expired materials for disposal • Collaborate with planning and purchasing to review and streamline the entire flow from purchasing to delivery • Escalate to purchasing for suppliers who do not deliver on time to production • Optimize and digitize workflows in IFS • Propose further development of the material planner role • Contribute to achieving the company's and department's goals
