You will work in the Thermal Section and be responsible for ensuring that prototype parts are developed and delivered on time for development projects within the automotive industry. The role is central to ensuring that testing activities can start as planned and that projects stay on schedule.

• Develop and manage lists of prototype parts in internal systems and send to purchasing

• Ensure that orders are placed on time and that delivery dates are confirmed by suppliers

• Follow up on deliveries and manage deviations, including identifying alternative solutions

• Collect and consolidate information regarding test vehicles and thermal requirements

• Convey relevant insights to designers and development teams

• Ensure that project costs remain within budget

• Prototype materials delivered according to schedule

• Effective management of deviations in the supply chain

• Accurate and updated information to relevant teams

• Contributions to ensure testing starts as planned

• Follow-up on project costs against budget

Mandatory Competencies:

• Experience in coordination/logistics/purchasing in a technical environment

• Familiar with working in IT systems for order or material management

• Experience in delivery follow-up and deviation management

• Good collaboration skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks

Desirable Skills:

• Experience from the automotive industry

• Experience in prototype management or development projects

• Understanding of technical requirements related to test vehicles

• Structured and organized

• Solution-oriented and proactive

• Service-minded with good collaboration skills

• Positive attitude and drive in work
