A warehouse operation within the manufacturing industry is facing increased production volumes and needs to strengthen its internal logistics efforts. In the role of industrialization engineer, you will have a central position in developing, streamlining, and standardizing flows and working methods to create a robust and future-proof logistics.

• Analyze and improve logistics flows by mapping processes, identifying bottlenecks, and driving cost-effective improvements in warehousing and internal flows
• Develop and standardize working methods, methods, and standards for continuous improvements
• Plan, lead, and drive change and development projects within logistics, including feasibility studies, investment documentation, and follow-up against goals
• Implement and optimize digital tools and business systems to improve and automate logistics
• Collect, analyze, and follow up data and key figures to support decision-making and improvement work
• Conduct internal training and presentations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with suppliers, production, and other sites to develop sustainable and efficient logistics solutions

• 1–3 years of work experience in production or manufacturing industry with a focus on internal logistics
• Academic education at least at the level of a bachelor's degree in engineering
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Experience with LEAN and improvement work
• Knowledge of warehouse automation and material handling in internal flows
• Experience in developing and implementing standardized processes and working methods within logistics
