This will be your role

As an automation engineer with us, you will be involved in delivering complete solutions that strengthen and develop Swedish industry. Your work will focus on streamlining and optimizing systems and processes – always with the aim of creating real value for our customers.

You can expect varied workdays where projects are shaped based on your skills, experiences, and how you want to develop. Since we are a Solutions Partner to Siemens, you will primarily work with platforms such as PCS7, TIA Portal, WinCC, and SIMIT simulations. You will also have the opportunity to be at the forefront of technology by exploring next-generation solutions with Siemens Neo.

In addition to Siemens environments, we would also like you to have an interest or experience with other platforms, such as ABB 800xA or Ignition, which will make you even more versatile and well-equipped for our customers' various needs.

The role involves:

• Driving exciting projects where you develop smart automation solutions that streamline and optimize Swedish industry.

• Working with market-leading systems such as Siemens PCS7, TIA Portal, WinCC, and SIMIT – and staying at the forefront with new technologies like Siemens Neo.

• Contributing to complete deliveries from idea to finished solution, together with some of the industry's most experienced and curious colleagues.

• Having great opportunities to influence your own development and shape your role based on your drives and interests.

Here’s how you will shine

You shine with your knowledge and experience, but also with your ability to drive things forward. By being able to communicate with different types of clients and stakeholders, keeping order in projects, and being flexible and proactive, you put the customer in focus in an exemplary way. You know you are skilled in your field and enjoy sharing the knowledge you have accumulated, both with colleagues and clients.

To succeed in the role, you have:

• At least 10 years of experience with PCS7 and feel confident taking on a senior role where you contribute your expertise and guide others.

• A genuine interest in developing the automation field and are driven to integrate related disciplines – for example, process and plant information – to create smooth data and information exchange.

• A degree as a civil engineer, engineering degree, or equivalent experience, with good technical understanding and curiosity to learn more.

• Experience or a strong interest in industries such as Life Science, energy, oil & gas, or process industry, which we see as a strong advantage.

• Fluent in both Swedish and English, and feel confident collaborating with colleagues, clients, and partners.

• Solution-oriented and want to be part of creating automation that makes a real difference for industry and society.

It is also meritorious if you have any of the following:

• Extensive experience with Siemens environments (e.g., PCS7, TIA Portal, WinCC, SIMIT).

• Knowledge and practical experience with other solutions like Ignition or ABB 800xA.

• Experience working in project form and contributing both technically and strategically to successful deliveries.
