Are you looking for a flexible and qualified consulting assignment where you can utilize your specialist expertise in GLP quality assurance? We are seeking an experienced and independent GLP QA consultant who wants to contribute to high quality and regulatory compliance in an organization with important research and development processes. In this role, you will support the GLP operations as needed and at particularly critical times, such as before inspections, during the review of study plans and final reports, as well as in handling deviations and supplier follow-up. You will be an important part of quality assurance through independent QA monitoring, document review, and inspection work.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that GLP studies and processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.

• Planning and conducting risk-based QA activities and inspection programs.

• Reviewing study plans, amendments, and final reports.

• Conducting facility, process, and study-based inspections.

• Monitoring data integrity (ALCOA+) and computerized systems (CSV).

• Managing deviations and qualifying and following up on suppliers and CROs.

• Participating in management meetings and contributing to training and competency enhancement within GLP.

We are looking for someone with a solid background in GLP who enjoys working independently and in an advisory capacity. You are meticulous, analytical, and confident in your expertise, and you are accustomed to navigating in regulated environments. You are at a senior competency level, have 4–8 years of experience as a consultant in the field, and can take responsibility for smaller sub-areas or groups if needed.

• Documented education or certification in GLP.

• At least 3–5 years of experience working with GLP regulations (OECD, EU directives).

• Good understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 17025, ISO 9001).

• Experience with internal and external inspections according to regulatory requirements (OECD, EMA, FDA).

• Knowledge of computerized systems (LIMS, ELN), CSV, and data integrity according to ALCOA+.

• Experience in bioanalysis (LC-MS/MS, immunoassays) and method validation.

• Experience from drug development, toxicology, or analytical laboratories.

• Experience with GCP and/or GMP.

• Start date: February 1, 2026

• End date: January 31, 2027 (possibility of extension)

• Scope: approx. 360 hours per year (may vary as needed)

• Workplace: On-site in Södertälje and partially hybrid as agreed

The scope of the assignment is part-time and varies throughout the year depending on inspection periods, project volumes, and regulatory requirements. This provides a flexible role for those who appreciate variation and the opportunity to combine with other assignments.
