About the assignment

We are looking for an energy consultant to develop preliminary study documents as a basis for upcoming renovation and maintenance efforts in a property management organization. The assignment involves compiling and quality assuring energy-related analyses and recommendations that can serve as a basis for decisions, design, and further planning.

Responsibilities

Develop and compile preliminary study documents with an energy focus for planned renovation and maintenance measures.
Conduct analyses and assessments related to energy performance and proposed measures.
Document results and recommendations in clear materials for decision-makers.
Collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure complete and accurate documentation.

Requirements

Experience as an energy consultant or equivalent role in property/construction.
Ability to produce preliminary study documents and structured decision-making materials.
Good documentation skills in Swedish.
