ABOUT THE POSITION

Vitvaruexperten is a fast-growing e-commerce player focused on appliances and consumer electronics. The company was founded in 2015 with the goal of making it easier and safer to shop for appliances online, and is now part of BHG Group. With a constantly growing assortment and new services on the way into the business, they are now looking for a Finance Assistant who wants to be part of the journey forward.

In the role of finance assistant, you will belong to the finance department, which currently consists of two accountants and reports to the finance manager. You will work closely with both customer service and the new service function for installation services, becoming a key person in ensuring correct payment flows, ROT management, and smooth financial processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Be responsible for applications for ROT deductions to the Tax Agency and follow up on payment flows
Manage accounts receivable, payments, and reconciliations
Handle refunds for returns and complaints in collaboration with customer service
Follow up on complaint cases with suppliers
Manage payments and follow-ups related to installation services
Prepare documentation and support the accounting manager in various financial tasks

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has at least two years of work experience as a finance assistant or equivalent role
Has experience with ROT deductions and handling with the Tax Agency
Has a good understanding of accounts receivable and payment flows
Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Has good system skills, preferably experience with Microsoft Business Central and Excel

It is meritorious if you have:

Worked in a similar industry, such as e-commerce, appliance, electronics, or retail.
