Supporta Omsorg is looking for a psychologist for our units located in Uddevalla, Trollhättan, and Lidköping. We are seeking someone with at least two years of experience working as a psychologist. You need to have experience in clinical work with youth, assessments, health-promoting work, and supervision of staff, as well as good knowledge and specific interest in working with addiction issues. We are looking for a psychologist with good knowledge of and preferably clinical experience in CBT.

Supporta Omsorg offers a complete care chain with acute-HVB, HVB treatment, and supported housing. We work with young people aged 16–21 who often have complex issues including substance abuse/addiction and mental health problems. Neuropsychiatric diagnoses are common. In 2026, we will continue to strengthen our clinical competence to provide our placed youth with the best possible conditions for a positive life change.

Your role:

We are looking for a licensed psychologist who wants to drive the clinical work forward. Your focus areas will be:

· Conducting assessments and mapping

· Conducting psychological evaluations regarding needs and resources.

· Providing professional supervision to our treatment teams to strengthen psychosocial work and responses in difficult situations.

· Contributing to organizational development through method development and ensuring that treatment is based on scientific principles.

· Clinical work with youth regarding mental health issues, trauma treatment, psychoeducation about ADHD, and collaborating with alcohol and drug therapists regarding addiction issues.

Your profile

· Licensed psychologist.

· Experience in assessment work and supervision within social work at HVB or psychiatry for youth/young adults.

· Knowledge of and commitment to the target group of young people and young adults with substance abuse issues and mental health problems.

· Ability to work independently and take responsibility for clinical processes.
