We are now looking for a nursing assistant for our care and nursing home Lysjölid in Sexdrega. Lysjölid is a smaller facility with a total of 28 places. Two departments are focused on somatic care and 2 departments on care for people with cognitive impairments/dementia.

What we primarily seek now are nursing assistants who want to work with somatic care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your job responsibilities will include:

• Being responsible for care, service, and personal hygiene for our residents.
• Documenting in patient records according to applicable laws and guidelines.
• Collaborating with colleagues, relatives, and other actors in healthcare.
• Being a safe and responsive presence for those who need your support.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant.
• Previous experience in elderly care is an advantage.
• Is confident in your professional role and has a strong interest in working with people.
• Can speak and write Swedish fluently.
• Has good collaboration skills and a positive attitude.
