FTV Falköping-Stenstorp is a clinic with two locations, one in Falköping and one in Stenstorp. The position involves working at both clinics as needed.

Main tasks and responsibilities

At Folktandvården Falköping, you will meet patients of all ages with many different care needs. As a dentist with us, you have an important role in ensuring that patients feel well received and secure during their visit. You will utilize your entire skill set while the position also requires creativity, empathy, and a sense of service.

Your duties include:

• Working both independently and collaboratively with your colleagues.
• Conducting both simpler examinations and more advanced treatments, including emergency dental care.
• Being the team's specialist in oral diagnostics.

We are a VFU clinic and accept students from dental and dental hygiene programs at the University of Gothenburg. Supervising students may also be part of the position.

Falköping/Stenstorp is covered by Folktandvården's market salary supplement system.

Falköping and Stenstorp also have good transport connections with the railway between Stockholm and Gothenburg.

Competence requirements and profile

• Licensed dentist
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care
• Knowledge of the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written form
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely
• Ability to give a stable and calm impression even when there is a lot to do
• Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner

If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your first year. The mentoring program is part of our three-year development program with up to 18 days of professional development.

About the recruitment process

If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR unit for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic.

If you, as an applicant, have education/degree from another EU/EES country than Sweden and lack references, it may be necessary to complete supplementary theoretical and clinical work samples as part of the recruitment process.
