We are now looking for a dentist who wants to make a difference!

Main tasks and responsibilities

At Folktandvården Sylte, you will meet patients of all ages with various care needs.

The position includes, among other things:

• Working both independently and together with your colleagues in the treatment room.
• Conducting both simpler examinations and more advanced treatments, as well as emergency dental care.

Folktandvården Sylte has 9 treatment rooms. In addition to the clinic manager and coordinator, there are 8 dentists, 17 dental nurses, and one administrator working here. For opening hours and further information: Folktandvården Sylte, Trollhättan (https://www.vgregion.se/introduktion).

The clinic is part of Folktandvården's zonal supplement system, which means a clinic-specific salary supplement.

Competence requirements and profile

• Licensed dentist
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care
• Knowledge of the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written form
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely
• Ability to present a stable and calm impression even when there is a lot to do
• Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner
• Be flexible and enjoy working in a dynamic team
• Contribute to the development of the organization by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work.

If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your first year. The mentoring program is part of our three-year development program with up to 18 days of professional development.

About the recruitment process

If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR unit for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic.

If you, as an applicant, have education/degree from another EU/EEA country than Sweden and lack references, it may be necessary to complete additional theoretical and clinical work samples as part of the recruitment process.
