Welcome to Närhälsan Brämaregården health center! We are now looking for you who are a district nurse or pediatric nurse to our BVC.

We are a well-functioning and pleasant health center with about 12,500 registered patients. The trust in us among the population is high, and we have a wide range of services including district doctors, district nurses, and nurses. About the job

Currently, five experienced BVC nurses work at Brämaregården BVC. After the summer, one of them will go on parental leave, and we are therefore looking for a substitute.

We have an exciting work area with families that reflect all parts of our society. You will be responsible for our children, from newborns to 6 years old, and their families. The work consists of independently setting up your own clinic according to the child health care's basic program, conducting parent education, doctor appointments, and making home visits.

As a BVC nurse with us, you will have a varied and diverse job. You will collaborate multidisciplinary with your colleagues, BHV psychologist, preventive social worker, and others. We conduct a well-established, family-centered approach in collaboration both internally and externally.

About you

You are a licensed nurse with specialist training as a district nurse or pediatric nurse. You have previous experience working at a BVC. If you have completed a supervisor training, it is a merit.

You have an interest in development and improvement work. You take initiative in your work and are confident in making your own decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize among your tasks. In your work, you meet many parents and children, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and willing to help others. We also believe that you enjoy teamwork and find it natural to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts.

A professional approach and a good attitude towards customers, patients, and colleagues are a given for you. We also see that you live up to Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

The position is a temporary contract for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.

The start of employment is planned for August 2026.

Interviews at the health center will be held continuously during weeks 18 and 19.

About the recruitment process

Selection is done in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call relevant candidates for a phone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the health center.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
