Your role as a pharmacist at Kronans Apotek in Stenungsund and Stora Höga (Franchise)

We are looking for a driven and engaged pharmacist for the Entrepreneur-owned pharmacy of the year in Stenungsund and Stora Höga. Both pharmacies are a stone's throw from the train station, which you can easily reach by train, bus, or car, and in the surrounding areas, there are health centers, gyms, grocery stores, and housing. The pharmacies are within walking distance to salty baths. We have a wonderful mix of customers of all ages, many of whom have been loyal to us since the pharmacies opened.

You will work together with a wonderful team consisting of five pharmacists and three pharmacy technicians who collectively take great responsibility for the pharmacies and create world-class customer experiences.

The daily work is varied and includes everything from advising and selling medicines and self-care products to working with pharmacy services, inventory management, quality, and development.

Your responsibilities and tasks include:

• Dispensing the right medication to each customer and offering professional advice while contributing to a customer experience of the highest quality.
• Promoting participation and good collaboration within the pharmacy and together with colleagues creating a positive group dynamic.

The pharmacies are open 9-18 on weekdays, 10-13 on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays. We offer a permanent position on a part-time or full-time basis, and you will be welcomed to the pharmacy manager Hanna Stenstad's team. Desired start is immediate or by agreement.

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. An entrepreneur-driven pharmacy is owned and operated by a franchisee who independently is responsible for their company, their staff, and their results. Franchise pharmacies share branding, concepts, and product ranges with the rest of the organization and receive support in operational and employee matters from our central service organization.

As an employee at a franchise pharmacy, you gain insight into what it is like to run a pharmacy and have the opportunity to influence working methods, decisions, and results to a large extent – thanks to short decision-making paths and close cooperation with the franchisee.
