About Us

The work team consists of 6 physiotherapists and 3 occupational therapists, characterized by strong cohesion. It is a cheerful group with high engagement, caring for one another and welcoming new colleagues. For us, it is important that everyone feels included and enjoys their work.

The rehabilitation clinic is centrally located in Munkedal in the same building as the health center, ensuring we always have close contact and good collaboration with them. About the Job

Your tasks will involve assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions you will encounter as a physiotherapist include: complaints and injuries of the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, and mental health issues. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personalized rehabilitation plan is created.

Work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, and via home visits. Some work can be performed remotely. Patient treatment is carried out both individually and in groups.

The work involves close collaboration with other professions, both within the clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues, together with the manager, are responsible for the development of the operation in a continuous improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is an asset, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. You can plan your work in an efficient and organized manner based on the organization's goals. Since the workload varies and unforeseen events may occur, we expect you to be flexible and independent. For you, it is a given to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in your work. You also share Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Considerate, and Innovative.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates to a telephone interview. Subsequently, the hiring manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, meaning answers to questions should be based on factual situations. It is important that you describe situations as concretely as possible and avoid generalized answers – this allows us to understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
