About Us

Welcome to Närhälsan Vargön Health Centre! We are an engaged team of 22 employees working together to provide our patients with the best possible care. Our team includes various professional roles, such as general practitioners, residents, district nurses, registered nurses, assistant nurses, medical secretaries, psychologists, and talk therapists.

We are a medium-sized health centre with approximately 5,500 registered patients. Here, you will find a well-functioning workplace where we value both quality and job satisfaction. About the Job

Your tasks at the health centre cover a broad field and involve general medical competence with patients of all ages and in various situations. You will work with clinic duties and digital healthcare meetings in primary care.

You and your colleagues form a team with the opportunity to develop the operations. We achieve success together in a stimulating learning environment with open doors and a welcoming climate. The role also includes supervising ST and AT doctors as well as medical students; it is an important part of our mission to educate the healthcare staff of tomorrow. We offer you a varied job with good development opportunities, for example through continuous training of ten days per year.

About You

You are a licensed physician with specialist training in general medicine and eligibility to practice within the Swedish healthcare system. Language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale, are a requirement for the position.

We are looking for someone who can work independently but also wishes to participate in the development work of the organization. In your work, you will meet many different patients, so it is important that you are responsive and have a good approach. You enjoy teamwork, and for you, it is a given to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in the work.
