RESPONSIBILITIES
Are you a certified nursing assistant (Undersköterska) who wants to make a difference and contribute to the best possible home care service every day? Then apply to our Home Care team in Stensjön and become part of our team.
As a nursing assistant, you will work together with your colleagues to assist clients in their homes. You will collaborate with licensed staff, social workers, and relatives to create a meaningful and stimulating daily life for those we serve. Our working method is characterized by a salutogenic perspective, which means providing personal support and care based on individual needs and conditions – the client is the focus.
In addition, you will document care, create implementation plans, and update them as needed, convene planning meetings in the home, and support other administrative tasks when necessary. In the Home Care service in Stensjön, we aim to create participation and security for all clients. By working based on the municipality's dignity guarantees, we strive to ensure that all clients have a fixed care contact and are involved in planning their own care needs.
Working hours will be scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends. We plan our schedules in Time Care, where you have the opportunity to submit schedule suggestions.
QUALIFICATIONS
The position requires:
- Education as a nursing assistant or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
- Previous work experience in health and social care
- Good knowledge of social documentation
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Good computer skills, ability to handle a work mobile with current apps
- Class B driver's license
In your role as a nursing assistant, you must be able to collaborate with colleagues and other professionals. You keep the client's needs in focus and find solutions based on your professional expertise and the client's situation. You have an open and positive attitude. You are driven to develop and learn new things and have an interest in digital development that you are happy to share with your colleagues. In your work, you create implementation plans with clear goals for the clients, and you use time efficiently, working systematically, organized, and methodically.
