The Care and Welfare Administration, with approximately 1,500 employees, is one of the departments in the City of Mölndal and covers elderly care, disability support, and healthcare.

Job Responsibilities
As a planner, you will have varied responsibilities including planning in TES, scheduling in TimeCare, and managing orders in Proccedo. You will conduct home visits prior to the start of new assignments and maintain contact with users, relatives, and other professional categories. In addition, the role includes administrative tasks in systems such as Treserva, BPSD, and other related duties.
Your work will be of great importance in maintaining an efficient and smooth operation.
The position comprises approximately 75% planning work and the remaining time operational work assisting users in their homes. This involves providing personal support and care based on individual needs.
Qualifications
We expect the applicant to have the following:
- Education as an assistant nurse (Undersköterska).
- Work experience as an assistant nurse in home care services.
- Experience in planning within home care services.
- Competence in TES, TimeCare, Proccedo, Treserva, or other planning tools.
- Experience with social documentation.
- Class B driver's license.
You are expected to have a structured working style with the users' needs at the center and the ability to manage relationships with your partners. Personal suitability with empathy, problem-solving skills, and good communication abilities are important traits for this role.
As a person, you are fast, productive, and motivated, with strong commitment and enthusiasm for your work. You have the ability to share information and ideas, both verbally and in writing. You listen to others to understand their needs. We appreciate the ability to work together with others to perform tasks and achieve goals.
