About You
You are a licensed occupational therapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is an advantage, but we also welcome new graduates.

Additionally, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the job, which you perform with commitment and professionalism. As the workload varies and unforeseen events may arise, we see that you are flexible and independent.
You place great importance on good interactions and always strive to treat customers, patients, and colleagues with respect and consideration. We also see that you embody Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.
Other Information
Travel for work purposes may occur. A B driver's license is required.
Interviews at the clinic will be held in week 13.
Welcome with your application!
About the Recruitment Process
Selection is conducted in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. Then, the hiring manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
