About the job
Your tasks include assessment, treatment, training, and assistive device testing. You will work with patients of all ages with issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, which gives you great opportunities to develop in your profession. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is created. The work is primarily conducted at the clinic, but home visits and digital consultations also occur. Treatment of patients is done both individually and in groups.
The work involves close collaboration with other professionals, both within your own unit and with other partners. We have a close collaboration with Närhälsan's rehab clinics in Skene and Tranemo. You and your colleagues are jointly responsible with the manager for the development of the operations in a constantly ongoing improvement process.
About you
You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in outpatient care is an advantage, but we also welcome new graduates.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently and can plan their work effectively. You can handle an uneven workload and unexpected events. Since you will meet many different people in your work, it is important that you are approachable and can adapt your communication to the situation. For you, it is a given to collaborate with colleagues and other partners in your work.
You also share Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.
Other information
Travel may be required as part of the job.
Interviews at the clinic will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
Welcome with your application!
About the recruitment process
Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call candidates for a phone interview. After the application period, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
