About the Job

As a physiotherapist with us, you will meet patients of all ages with issues from the entire musculoskeletal system. Your tasks include assessment, treatment, training, and assistive device testing. Together with the patient, you will establish an individual rehabilitation plan focusing on participation and long-term results.

Work mainly takes place at the clinic, but home visits and digital consultations occur. Treatment is provided both individually and in groups, which adds variety to your workday and allows you to use all your skills.

You collaborate closely with colleagues from different professions, both within your unit and with external partners. We also have a close collaboration with Närhälsan's rehab clinics in Skene and Svenljunga. Together with colleagues and management, you will be involved in the development and improvement of the operations.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Experience from outpatient care is an advantage, but we also welcome recent graduates.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently but also values collaboration and collegial support. You can plan and structure your work even when the workload varies and have a professional and accommodating demeanor.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection is done in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. After the application period, the hiring manager will make a second selection of applicants and invite them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
