About us
Närhälsan Angered rehabilitation clinic is located in Angered, which is a lovely part of Gothenburg.
We are a large unit with about 50 employees. We have occupational therapists, physiotherapists, administrative staff, speech therapists, unit managers, and team coordinators working with us. Since we are such a large workgroup, we have good opportunities to learn from each other as we possess deep competencies and specializations in various areas. You will thus have the opportunity to specialize in different areas based on the needs of the organization. For us, it is important to have a pleasant workplace, an open climate, and constant development where everyone helps each other. We are currently planning an expansion of our facilities.
We have a well-developed approach to many patient groups, and many of our employees work intensively in teams around issues such as mental health, children, chronic pain, etc. There are good opportunities to combine the breadth of work in primary care with a specialized area.

About the job
Your tasks include assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions you will encounter as a physiotherapist include: issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, and mental health issues. The work also includes prescribing aids. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is developed.
The work is primarily conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Treatment of patients occurs both individually and in groups.
The work involves close collaboration with other professionals, both at your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues are jointly responsible with the manager for the development of the organization in an ongoing improvement process.
About you
You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is an advantage, but we also welcome you as a new graduate.
If you have supervisor training and/or further education, courses, or knowledge in commonly occurring areas in primary care, that is also an advantage.
We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Additionally, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the job, which you perform with commitment. You can plan your work effectively and in an organized manner based on the organization's goals. As the workload varies and unforeseen events may arise, we see that you are flexible and independent.
A professional approach and a good attitude towards customers, patients, and colleagues are a given for you. We also see that you live up to Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

Travel in the service may occur. A B driver's license is required.
Interviews at the clinic will be held on March 23, 24, and 25.

About the recruitment process
The selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call candidates for a phone interview. Then the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
