About Us

Welcome to Närhälsan Tjörn Rehabilitation Clinic! Our facility is located in Kållekärr center adjacent to Närhälsan's health center.

Our wonderful team consists of nine physiotherapists, four occupational therapists, and one administrative assistant. It is important for us to have a stimulating work environment with good opportunities for development and a pleasant workplace. We are a well-functioning and well-staffed unit with good development opportunities. We maintain a good relationship with the municipality and other healthcare partners.

About the Job

Your responsibilities include assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions you will encounter as a physiotherapist include issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, as well as mental health issues. The job also involves prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is developed.

The work is conducted at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Patient treatment occurs both individually and in groups and involves close collaboration with other professionals, both at the clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues share responsibility with the manager for the development of the operation in a constantly ongoing improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is an advantage, but we also welcome recent graduates.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. Additionally, you see collaboration with colleagues and other partners as a natural and important part of the job, which you perform with commitment. You can plan your work effectively and in an organized manner based on the goals of the operation. As the workload varies and unforeseen events may arise, we see that you are flexible and independent.

A professional approach and a good attitude towards customers, patients, and colleagues are a given for you. We also expect you to embody Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection is done in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates for a phone interview. After that, the hiring manager makes a second selection of applicants and invites them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
