JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a summer temp with us, you will be offered a developing job in a dynamic municipality. The Social Services in Tibro values competence, initiative, and personal development. We work from an activating and rehabilitative approach and focus on the strengths of each care recipient in our care work. Home care doctors are available five days a week and are responsible for patients in home care and special housing.

You are confident in your professional role and have the patient in focus, which means you have the ability to see the patient as an individual and their needs.

Part of the job involves support and conversation, so you must be communicative and able to meet people on different levels. You have a flexible approach and the ability to prioritize between different tasks despite a high work pace.

To thrive with us, you must be able to work independently and make your own decisions. You also value teamwork and contribute your knowledge and a cheerful attitude to create a good working climate.

All summer temps are offered full-time work.

We need you as a summer temp mainly during the following periods:

• Period 1: week 26-29
• Period 2: week 30-33

QUALIFICATIONS

• We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or you who have completed 5 approved terms in the nursing program to work as a nursing assistant.
• Good computer skills are required.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.
• Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
