About Us

Närhälsan Olskroken Rehab Clinic is centrally located in Gothenburg.

The clinic is in close proximity to Närhälsan's health center, which we collaborate with. The clinic employs just over 25 staff members consisting of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and administrative staff. We are a team that enjoys working together and find it important to have fun at work. We have regular internal training and also practical training sessions.

New employees are offered a mentor for support at the start of their employment. At the workplace, we actively work on development to constantly improve our working methods and best meet the needs of our clients.

About the Job

Your tasks include examining, diagnosing, and treating patients of all ages with issues and injuries from the entire musculoskeletal system such as pain, neurology, mental health issues, and other medical conditions. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is developed. The work is largely conducted at the clinic, but home visits and digital consultations also occur. Treatment of patients is carried out both individually and in groups.

The job involves close collaboration with other professionals, both within your own unit and with other partners. You and your colleagues are jointly responsible with the manager for the development of the operations in an ongoing improvement process.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist. If you have previous experience in the profession and working with women's health and/or children, it is an advantage, but we also welcome you as a recent graduate.

We are looking for someone who wants to take on the challenge of working independently, organizing and planning your work effectively based on set goals. You can handle an uneven workload and unforeseen events. Since you will meet many different people in your work, it is important that you are approachable and adapt your communication to the situation.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call candidates for a phone interview. After the application period, the recruiting manager will make a second selection of applicants and invite them for an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
