In the role of Security Officer at our client, you play an important function by investigating the loyalty and reliability of individuals based on the requirements of the security protection law. As a Security Officer, you will conduct security interviews prior to employment. Furthermore, you will also handle any outcome management and related administration before, during, and after the investigation. You will also be part of the process improvement work and, together with colleagues, develop how you work with security issues.

In this role, you will also process, analyze, and assess information and compile decision-making materials. Since you, as a Security Officer, handle tasks with high confidentiality, a high level of security awareness and understanding of regulations and other processes governing the security assessment is required.

• Has at least 2 years of current and relevant work experience from a similar role, where you have worked with conducting security assessments and outcome management.
• Has good system skills.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English, as both languages are communicated internally and externally in daily work.

Furthermore, great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, where we see that you who apply have high integrity, are meticulous, and have an analytical mindset. We also believe that you easily adapt to different social situations and can see details in large amounts of information. Additionally, we think you are comfortable driving your own work forward, both in the long and short term. To succeed in the role, we also see that you have a high level of security awareness, are loyal, and structured.

This is a consultancy assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday.

This position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where our client has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, involve requirements for certain citizenship.
