Security Assistance Syd AB is an authorized security company based in Malmö. We offer a complete range of security services such as stationary guarding, patrolling, response, and alarm center services.

In addition to our core services, we have specialized expertise in property emergency services and fire protection, making us a flexible and reliable partner for our clients.

Our operations are certified according to ISO 9001, SSF 136 (alarm center), and SSF 1063 (security companies).

We are now looking for security guards for on-call employment & summer substitutes for our assignments in shopping centers in western Skåne.

About the position

As a security guard in a shopping center, your most important task is to create safety and comfort for visitors and tenants. You are the face of Security Assistance and work both preventively and reactively when the situation requires it.

The work is varied and social with many points of contact – here you meet people from all parts of society. Your presence should instill calm, but you also need to be ready to act professionally in more challenging situations.

Examples of tasks:

• Patrolling in stores, public areas, and garages
• Unlocking and locking
• Order and safety-creating work
• Service and support for visitors, tenants, and customers

About you

We are looking for someone with high integrity, a sense of service, and a natural desire to help people. You communicate easily and can remain calm even when it gets stressful.

Basic requirements:

• Trained security guard or scheduled training
• Valid security guard license
• Approved high school grades in Swedish and English
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing, good English
• Driving license B
• No criminal record and stable personal finances
• Approved by the County Administrative Board (application through us)

Meritorious:

• Experience as a security guard
• Additional language skills

Additional information

Employment at Security Assistance Syd AB requires approval from the County Administrative Board according to Law (1974:191) on security companies. All staff are evaluated regarding legal compliance, civic reliability, and suitability. This means that information may be obtained from criminal and suspicion registers as well as from the Security Police.

Depending on the position, security clearance according to Security Protection Act (2018:585) may also be relevant.

Salary and employment conditions are regulated by collective agreements between Security Companies and Svenska Transportarbetareförbundet.
