About the role
In this role, you will be the face of our customer and thus play a very important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and a professional reception. Since our customer is in the high-end segment, we prefer that you have experience working with this type of customer. The job also requires a strong security mindset and a good feel for interactions with the end customer. As a receptionist, you will work with many and varied tasks. Your task is to ensure that the office's service delivery runs smoothly and to create a pleasant and well-functioning workplace for both employees and visitors. The position is split between reception and Print & Binding.
As a receptionist, you will handle many and varied tasks. Through friendly hosting, the reception welcomes and assists customers, visitors, and employees so that all guests feel seen and warmly welcomed. This is to strengthen the customer's brand.
Your tasks include:
- Welcoming, informing, and guiding the customer and their visitors in a service-oriented manner
- Answering phone calls and managing messages
- Managing access rights
- Handling mail and packages
- Booking conference rooms
- Managing fault reports
- Binding company presentations
- Other administrative tasks
We expect you to have several years of experience in similar tasks, preferably as a receptionist or in a similar role. You enjoy making your own decisions and have good organizational skills.

The assignment is carried out within the framework of an integrated service solution where, in addition to your area of responsibility, you are expected to assist in other areas of operational service. We are looking for someone who is unpretentious and wants to take responsibility for the entire office operation and who appreciates a varied job.
The position is full-time and permanent, with an initial probationary period of six months.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You enjoy being a corporate representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. You have good communication skills and can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You have good IT skills and familiarity with systems.
We would like you to have:
- Previous experience working with systems related to reception, such as access control systems, case management, etc.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- One or more years of experience in similar work
