ABOUT THE POSITION

Do you want to work with something that truly makes a difference in people's lives? We Omsorg is now looking for dedicated and caring substitutes who want to work as personal assistants in Rättvik. With us, you will have the opportunity to work closely with people and make a real difference in their daily lives. As a personal assistant, you provide support in everything from daily routines to leisure activities – always with the goal of helping the person you work with to live as independently and meaningfully as possible.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 08:00 - 08:00 the next day with overnight waiting time
• 08:00 - 13:00

THE WORK OF A PERSONAL ASSISTANT

As a personal assistant, you work in the client's home and provide support as needed in daily life. This may include personal care, assistance during meals, household chores, or accompanying on activities and errands outside the home. 

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in people and who thrives in a role where you can contribute with care, commitment, and security. You have a twinkle in your eye, a good sense of humor, and think that a touch of irony can be fun. You are attentive, responsible, and flexible – and you find it easy to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. Since communication is important, you need to have a good command of the Swedish language.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and how you match the people you work with. Experience in care or personal assistance is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and the willingness to do a good job.

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license (B)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in care and assistance
• Training as a nursing assistant or other training deemed equivalent by the employer

Employment rate: Substitute position

Start date: As agreed, we would like you to start the introduction immediately.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

As an employed personal assistant with us, you are covered by a collective agreement and occupational pension. You are insured while at work and commuting to/from work in case of unforeseen events. To be employed with us at We Omsorg, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present valid ID and/or submit a personal certificate and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you want to work with children and young people under 18 years, you must provide a criminal record extract.
