Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant. Previous work-related experience in psychiatry/geriatric psychiatry is an advantage. It is also beneficial if you have previously worked with quality registers BPSD and Senior Alert, as well as experience in low-affect work. Social documentation is an important part of the work, which means you need to be able to express yourself well in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility for both the tasks and contributing to a positive climate in the workplace. Your new workplace

We are now looking for you who want to work with us in our geriatric psychiatric department in fresh premises at Forellen in Partille Center. On the same floor, a new unit focusing on dementia will soon open, which will collaborate with geriatric psychiatry. In the same building, we also have our short-term unit, a home care unit, a nursing unit, and Partille Rehab.

With us, you will be scheduled to work three out of six weekends during a schedule period. If you wish to work more weekends than three, you will receive an extra 1000 SEK gross for each additional occasion worked. One shift corresponds to one occasion, and you can work a maximum of four extra occasions, as long as you are permanently employed.

Working hours vary between day and evening as well as weekends. Common working hours are 06:45-15:30, 07:00-16:30, 13:00-21:00, and 15:00-22:00. We apply a 37-hour work week for our staff working day and evening shifts.

Good to know

Provided that you meet the requirements for the position, it is mandatory to undergo a digital language test to ensure competence at the B2 level according to the Council of Europe's standards before the interview. Please note that the process will be interrupted if the language test is not passed. You will need to identify yourself with Bank-ID to take the language test.
