Are you looking for a temporary position as a nurse and can step in at short notice? We are currently seeking temporary nurses for our Nursing Unit in Partille municipality to cover for absent regular staff.

The shifts are primarily during the day, but evenings and weekends may also occur.

The role of a nurse with us involves a person-centered, health-promoting, and preventive approach where you work closely with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other professionals around the patient. Our patients' needs for health and medical care vary greatly, from preventive measures to advanced medical care, which means you will have a varied, developing, and dynamic job.

As a nurse with us, you will meet patients at different stages of life and be responsible for assessments, treatments, and follow-ups. The work involves independent decisions, emergency interventions, and collaboration with colleagues and nursing staff.

Qualifications

For this position, we are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. If you have further education as a district nurse or other specialist training deemed equivalent by the employer, it is an advantage, as well as previous experience working in municipal primary care.

Since the work is performed in patients' homes, a B driver's license is a requirement for the position.

As a nurse, you are confident, both as a person and in your profession. You take responsibility for your tasks and are keen to complete each task with high quality. You act calmly and composed and have a good ability to structure your work, while also being able to easily reprioritize when needed. You have good communication skills and create and maintain good relationships with patients, relatives, and colleagues. Since you will meet many different types of people, it is important that you find it easy to collaborate and always put the patient first.

The Nursing Unit in Partille operates within regular housing, special housing, short-term housing, and disabilities. We are staffed with nurses around the clock every day of the year and conduct home visits to residents who have a significant and lasting need for medical interventions.
