We are looking for a dental nurse who understands the importance of good service and a positive attitude

Main tasks and responsibilities

Folktandvården Floda is a workplace where we constantly work on business development.

We focus on keeping up with developments to provide patients with the best care and create a good working environment. You will have great opportunities for individual professional development, and for those who are new to the job, we have experienced colleagues to guide you.

Your duties will include:

• Assisting in examinations and treatments
• Work in sterilization and reception
• Working with your own patients in prophylactic treatments, onboarding, oral health advice, or acclimatization treatments

The staff currently consists of 20 employees, including 1 receptionist, 11 dental nurses, 2 hygienists, and 6 dentists of various ages. Floda is located 26 km from Gothenburg. You can easily reach us as we have good bus and train connections with frequent departures directly to the clinic. If you prefer to drive, there is free parking available.

Qualifications and profile

• Trained dental nurse with education from MYH (Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education)
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dentistry
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Ability to manage administration independently
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely
• Ability to present a stable and calm impression even when busy
• Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner
• Contribute to the development of the organization by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work

If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your initial period. The mentoring program is part of our two-year development program for newly qualified dental nurses.

About the recruitment process

If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR unit for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic.
