We are now looking for two self-driven dental nurses who understand the importance of good service and proper treatment

Main tasks and responsibilities

The clinic is located at Olskrokstorget, a vibrant urban environment close to the city center. Good transportation links are available to all parts of Gothenburg. We are 35 employees providing dental care to 22,000 patients, including children, adolescents, and adults.

In the autumn of 2021, the clinic was partially renovated, including two new treatment rooms. Olskroken operates according to the 7-19 model, meaning the clinic is open from 7 AM to 7 PM. You will have varied working hours and work until 7 PM two days a week.

Your duties will include:

• Assisting in examinations and treatments
• Working with your own patients during prophylaxis treatments, onboarding, or oral health counseling.
• Work in sterilization

Competence requirements and profile

• Qualified dental nurse with education from MYH (The Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education)
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dentistry
• Proficiency in the Swedish language equivalent to Swedish high school or Swedish C1 in both spoken and written form
• Ability to independently manage administration
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely
• Ability to present a stable and calm impression even when there is much to do
• Able to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner
• Contribute to the development of the business by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work

If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your initial period. The mentoring program is part of our two-year development program for newly qualified dental nurses.

About the recruitment process

If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR unit for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic. These interviews are scheduled for week 6.
