Main Duties and Responsibilities

At Folktandvården Kvillebäcken, you will meet patients of all ages with various care needs.

As a dental nurse with us, you play an important role in ensuring that patients feel well received and secure during their visit. You will utilize your entire skill set while the position also requires creativity, empathy, and a sense of service.

Your duties include, among others:

• Assisting with examinations and treatments
• Working with your own patients in prophylaxis treatments, onboarding, oral health counseling, or desensitization treatments
• Working in the sterilization area and reception

Kvillebäcken is centrally located at Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen, one stop from the Central Station. You can easily reach us by excellent public transport. If you cycle, there is a garage with charging options for electric bikes.

Qualifications and Profile

• Trained dental nurse with an education from MYH (Swedish Agency for Higher Vocational Education)
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dental care
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Ability to independently manage administration
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely
• Ability to present a stable and calm impression even when there is a lot to do
• Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner
• Contribute to the development of the organization by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work

If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your initial period, which is part of our two-year development program for newly trained dental nurses.

About the Recruitment Process

The first step in the recruitment process is a digital interview with HR. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for interviews at the clinic. These interviews are scheduled for week 6.
