We are now looking for an independent dental nurse who understands the importance of good service and a positive attitude

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

Our vision is to be at the forefront of technology and knowledge in dentistry, such as impression scanners, working with remote consultations, digital care meetings, surgeries, X-ray sensors, and personal development.

Our clinic has 10 treatment rooms and 26 skilled employees of varying ages. We have a high patient demand, with a good influx of new patients. We work with outreach services and nursing homes. We also have dentists who place fixtures at the clinic.

We are also a training clinic, which means we have dental and dental hygiene students with us.

Our clinic is centrally located in Mölnlycke, about 10 km outside of Gothenburg in Härryda municipality, with good transport connections and free parking. We are now part of zone A fare, which results in a cheaper bus card if you choose to travel by public transport.

Competence Requirements and Profile

• Trained dental nurse with education from MYH (The Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education)
• Interest in both pediatric and adult dentistry
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Ability to independently manage administration
• Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively and wisely
• Ability to present a stable and calm impression even when there is a lot to do
• Ability to collaborate and relate to others in a responsive manner
• Experience in the profession is prioritized
• Contribute to the development of the business by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work

If you are new to the profession, you will receive an individually tailored mentoring program during your initial period. The mentoring program is part of our two-year development program for newly qualified dental nurses.

About the Recruitment Process

If you are not already employed with us, you will be contacted by a recruiter from the HR department for an interview. After the application period ends, the clinic manager will select candidates and invite them for an interview at the clinic. These interviews are scheduled for weeks 6 and 7.

Folktandvården Västra Götalandsregionen conducts checks in suspicion and criminal records before employment.
