About Us

Welcome to Närhälsan Sannegården health center! The health center is beautifully located in the heart of Gothenburg's harbor entrance in modern, air-conditioned premises.

Sannegården health center has a stable staff where we have fun at work and everyone helps each other. We run and develop our operations together. Today, we are about 23 employees in various professional categories working at the health center and have around 8,400 registered patients of all ages.

At Sannegården health center, we work with everything from preventive health work to acute care. The health center offers child health care, district nurse reception, and clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, smoking cessation, hypertension, menopause, as well as elderly and dementia care. We have a rehabilitation coordinator and care planning nurse, as well as a psychosocial team consisting of a psychologist, social worker, and care coordinator.

In the same premises as the health center, there is also Närhälsan Sannegården rehabilitation clinic, which provides fast communication pathways and opportunities for easy collaborations. About the Job

Your tasks at the health center span a wide range of areas and cover the general medical field where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work health-promoting, advisory, and treating in first-line care, both via phone, home visits, digital care meetings, and at the clinic.

The work is carried out through both acute and planned activities. You work largely independently with your own clinic where you triage, treat, and follow up patients. Close collaboration occurs with your colleagues in the unit and cross-professionally in the team, but also together with other actors such as home care and other specialist care. Together with the health center management, you are responsible for developing and driving the operations forward. Training future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so supervision of students is also included as part of your role at the health center.

About You

You are a licensed nurse with specialist training as a district nurse. It is advantageous if you have experience from work in primary care and/or have supervisor training of 7.5 credits, but we also welcome you as a recent graduate.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making their own decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize among your tasks.

In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you enjoy teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. You can express yourself well in both speech and writing, and you are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and visits to the clinic. We would also like you to have an interest in digitization and business development.

About the Recruitment Process

The selection process takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call relevant candidates for a phone interview. Then the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them for an interview at the health center.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that the answers to the questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalizing answers – this is so we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
