We are now looking for summer substitutes in elderly care in Färgelanda Municipality - Home Care, Håvestensgården, Solgården, Lillågården, and LSS operations.

Job Responsibilities

Working in elderly care or within LSS means that you meet people who need help and support in their daily lives. How the help and support look varies depending on the individuals' needs and wishes, but it may involve assisting with personal hygiene, transfers, shopping, laundry, cleaning, and walks. You will also document according to applicable legislation, perform tasks delegated by licensed staff, and plan and carry out joint activities and tasks.

Qualifications

We prefer that you have completed or are currently enrolled in the Care Program. If you also have experience, that is an advantage. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

You must have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

You must be at least 18 years old, and references are required.

Conditions

The work is a summer substitute position throughout the summer, with great potential for hourly employment during the spring. Our operations run around the clock, so the work is irregular and involves day, evening, weekend, and in some cases night shifts.
