Hus B at Bollegården is a residence with two departments for those affected by dementia, where we put the user at the center and work to create a safe and stimulating environment. At Hus B, we offer you the opportunity to develop as a care assistant in a pleasant and professional working environment. You will work under close and coaching leadership, where you will receive support and the opportunity to grow in your role.

About the Role

As a care assistant with us, you will be an important part of an engaged team working to provide our residents with a safe, stimulating, and meaningful everyday life. You will work with personal care and individualized support, meeting each person according to their needs and wishes.

The position includes scheduled activity time with the residents as well as allocated time for your own administration, which provides good conditions for structure and quality in the work.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Proof of protected professional title for care assistants, or that you are covered by transitional regulations (permanently employed care assistant as of July 1, 2023)
• Good digital documentation skills

Desirable:

• Experience working in dementia care
• Or a strong interest in working with people living with dementia
