About the workplace

In the LSS/social psychiatry team, 12 nurses work with a wide variety of tasks.

Every day starts from the office where the team reviews and plans the day before heading out to visit patients in the various housing forms available in the municipality. We are committed to creating a good working environment with community and well-being where we support and help each other. The work is scheduled during daytime Monday to Friday.

Job responsibilities

The job responsibilities include, among other things:

• Having patient responsibility for patients within LSS and social psychiatry housing forms.
• Supervising and delegating to care staff.
• Collaborating closely with care staff, unit managers, social workers, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, among others.
• Planning care and support together with the patient based on a person-centered approach.

It also includes being a supervisor for nursing students.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a good and warm approach.
• Has good collaboration skills, as you will work with many different professionals and actors such as habilitation staff, doctors, social workers, colleagues, unit managers, among others.
• Is confident in your professional role to work independently and make your own decisions.
• Is flexible and has a structured working method.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Licensed nurse.
• Driver's license (B) is a requirement.

Additional qualifications in psychiatry are advantageous. Previous experience in LSS/Psychiatry is also a plus.

Language assessment is conducted for certain professional groups before employment can be considered.
