HemTrevnad was founded in 2006 in Alingsås Municipality, a couple of years before the law on freedom of choice was introduced in 2009.

Individuals who have been granted home care and emergency alarms in Alingsås have the option to choose HemTrevnad as their provider. We are present in almost all of Alingsås Municipality!

HemTrevnad also performs services that are eligible for RUT deductions. The goal is for HemTrevnad’s users to live a good life and have a meaningful and secure everyday life with support from HemTrevnad’s staff. At HemTrevnad, we work person-centered with a flexible and situation-adapted approach.

HemTrevnad’s employees have influence over the planning of the day as we do not work with minute-by-minute management.

Employees have the opportunity to largely influence the scheduling of their working hours. HemTrevnad has a collective agreement. In your work, you will have support from a manager and coordinator on-site.

Job Responsibilities

Your workday is planned based on granted services and the individual’s implementation plan. Granted services can range from light activation such as walks to caring for individuals with high care needs and advanced health and medical services delegated by a nurse.

Health and medical services are signed digitally on the mobile, and you document in Combine.

Most importantly, the individual must feel trust in you and receive the help and support they need at the right time and delivered with high quality. The work includes teamwork with other professional categories. You need to have the ability to handle everyday issues with tact, sensitivity, and good judgment.

Qualifications

You have a certified nursing assistant education or experience in care work. You have a B driving license or can cycle. You are proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You should be able to work 4-8 weeks during the summer months of June/July/August.

As a person, you are self-assured and have the ability to perform your work with precision, attentiveness, and helpfulness. You are an important piece of our organization, and we believe you share our humanistic values and have good communication skills.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability; you need to be empathetic and able to build good relationships with users and their relatives as well as with other professional groups you collaborate with.

A criminal record extract is required to be considered for a position at HemTrevnad.
