On April 1st, Lilja Assistans will start a new assistance assignment in Nykil. We are therefore looking for several personal assistants. We are looking for someone who is calm, attentive, empathetic, responsible, and works respectfully. You should have previous work experience in healthcare and social care. It is an advantage if you also have training in the field. 

The tasks include helping and supporting the client with personal care, transfers, meals, medication, and training. 

We are looking for substitutes who can step in as needed. We prefer that you are flexible and can work both daytime and evening, on weekdays and weekends. If you have specific preferences for working hours, please indicate that in your application. 

You who are applying need to be available for an introduction before March 1st. 

Since the work involves varying working hours and there is limited access to public transport, you need to have a driver's license and access to a car to get to the workplace.
